Registration
How do I register with NTT Travel?
  As a corporate client, it's easy to register with NTT Travel. Just click the link and enter the registration details. Although one does not need to register in order to book or search.
   
Why should I register with NTT Travel?
  If you register with NTT Travel, and your registration is approved by us, we save you the trouble of repeatedly typing your details when you make a booking. Additionally, it also opens the option to receive great travel deals from us via email.
   
How do I change my password?
  Sign in to your account and change your password from the Edit Profile page.
   
How do I sign in to my account if I forget my password?
  If you've forgotten your password, click here, follow the on-screen instructions and we'll send you an email with instructions.
   
How do I edit my account information?
  Sign in to your NTT Travel Account. Thereafter go through each tab and update the necessary account information. Click on the save button. Your account information will be updated.
   
Can I change my Username?
  The username is a unique identity and cannot be changed. For a new username, you will need to register on the website as a new member.
   
How do I log off of the site when I am finished?
  Click on < Sign out> on the main menu and you will be logged off.

Payment Options
What payment options does NTT Travel have?
  Being a Travel Management Services site for corporate, the term of payment would need to be assigned by us prior to transactions.
   
What would be the credit limit assigned to my company?
  The credit limit assigned would be based on our receiving back the credit application form duly filled up and signed by the authorized signatory of your company. The same would be evaluated internally prior to assignment of the credit limit in favour of your company. The final limit assigned shall be intimated to you.

How do I know my reservation was booked?
  You will receive an email on confirmation of your hotel booking.
   
Do I need to confirm my reservation?
  There is no need to confirm your reservation. If you still feel you would like to verify that your reservation was made, you can do so by emailing our Customer Support Team at info@NTT travel .com or by contacting our customer services team.
   
How do I amend a hotel reservation?
  To amend a hotel reservation, please contact our customer support
   
Is there a cancellation policy for Hotels booked on NTT Travel?
  If you are canceling 7 days prior, you will be charged a processing fee. If it is less than 7 days, you will be charged 1-night retention plus a processing fee. If you are canceling after the check-in date, there will be no refund. However, some tariffs may be non-refundable as per the hotel's cancellation policy. Taxes as applicable will be charged.

Flight Reservations
How do I know my reservation was booked?
  You will receive an email on confirmation of your booking with NTT Travel.
   
Do I need to confirm my flight reservation?
  There is no need to confirm your reservation. If you need any information, you can call our customer service team at the call center number mentioned above.
   
Do I need to re-confirm my flight before departure?
  It is not necessary to confirm reservations for domestic flights.
   
How do I confirm my seat assignments?
  This facility is available only for frequent fliers and business class passengers, otherwise you can request for seats at the check-in counter.
   
Is there a cancellation policy for flights booked on NTT Travel?
  Yes, each airline has different cancellation charges. They are mentioned on the booking page at the time of making reservation. NTT Travel charges OMR 5 as administration charges for this.
   
How do I cancel a flight reservation?

What is the maximum number of seats I can book?
  A maximum of 9 seats can be booked at one time. If you need to book for more than 9 travellers you will have to re-complete the booking process for the additional travellers.
   
What is an e-Ticket?
  An e-Ticket (electronic ticket) is a paperless electronic document with a unique confirmation number given to passengers in place of a paper ticket. Passengers are required to produce the unique confirmation number at the airport airline counter when checking in for the flight.
   
How will I get my e-Ticket details?
  Your e-Ticket details will be sent to the email address you have provided during the booking process. Alternatively, the e-ticket would be sent to your company official email ID.
   
How will I get my boarding pass for an e-Ticket?
  You will need to show your e-Ticket confirmation email and your e-Ticket number at the check-in counter. The airline representative will issue your boarding pass thereafter.
 
Is it necessary to show my e-Ticket confirmation email at the airport check-in counter of the airline?
  It is not mandatory to show your e-Ticket confirmation email. In case you are not carrying the e-Ticket confirmation email, you will need to show a photographic proof of identity (passport, driver's license etc.) at the airport check-in counter of the airline. However, it is advisable that you carry your e-Ticket confirmation email and your e-Ticket number.
   
What if my paper tickets are lost or stolen?
  If your paper airline tickets are lost or stolen, please email us immediately. We will help you in processing a lost ticket application. In most cases, the airlines require you to purchase replacement tickets at "today's" fare i.e. current fares. Our travel specialist will facilitate the sale of these tickets. If your original tickets are not used after a designated period of time, usually 3 to 4 months, depending on the airline-you will receive a credit for the purchase price of the replacement tickets, after deducting the application fee. This fee varies by airline. Please note that these policies and fees are subject to change at any time. Our travel specialist will be able to provide the most recent information for your airline. Each airline has its own rules and policies for issuing replacement tickets. NTT holidays is bound by these rules and policies and must adhere to them.

How will I get my paper ticket for my flight booking?
  On realization of the payment, your paper ticket will be sent via Courier Services.
   
Where will the paper ticket for my flight be delivered?
  Your ticket will be delivered to the address you supplied as the delivery address during the booking process.
   
When will my ticket be delivered?
  Your tickets will be delivered in 3 business days from the date of purchase.
   
Can I get my tickets delivered to a P.O. Box address?
  Courier companies do not deliver shipments to P.O. Box addresses, as a signature is required on receipt of a package.
   
Can you deliver my ticket to my village/town?
  We can only deliver tickets to the cities where has a courier service. If our currier company does not have courier service to your village/town, you will have to provide an alternate address for delivery of the package.
   
How do I change my delivery address?
  To edit your delivery address information, click on the NTT holidays link and sign in to your account. Next go to the billing and shipping tab and update the delivery address. Click the save button. Your delivery address will be updated.

Do my browser's privacy settings affect my NTTtravel.com experience?
  NTT Travel works with most levels of your browser's privacy settings, so your experience will not change.
   
Can I book on NTT Travel if I'm using Mac OS X?
  We love Apple and we love the Mac, so someone would get shot if NTT holidays didn't support the Mac OS. That said, we have some odd quirks with Safari, so you're best off using Firefox until we iron out our Safari glitches.
   
Some of the stuff I'm seeing looks a little bit old?
  We do our best to serve you hot, fresh content. If you still see things that seem dated, try clearing your browser cache.
   
I Get an Expired Certificate Warning
  This will happen only if the site is being accessed through an old browser. Need to check with the certificate vendor for browser version compatibility.
   
The Speed Of The Website Is Slow?
  Please check your connection with your Internet Service Provider.
   
What browser Works Best With This Site?
  IE(version 5.5 or later), Firefox/Mozilla (Firefox 1.0, 1.5, 1.5.1), Netscape (version 7.x or later), and Opera (7.x or later)
   
What do I do if my booking is not completed?
  We are sorry for this unlikely inconvenience. If your booking process fails during a payment process, we will notify you if any erroneous charges have been incurred. And reverse any amount charged within 3 weeks.
